Chris and Sarah both are top notch professionals in their field. I can't thank them enough for the fast, friendly, professional manner in which they conduct their business. They are very knowledgeable, down to earth, caring individuals who do their best to help you accomplish your goals. Even after my house was sold Chris remained a source of professional opinion for another deal I was working on. Thanks for being so service oriented in a time where it seems great service is dwindling. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I would give this zero stars if I could. These agents, even the owner, will not communicate with you unless you tell them you would like a different agent because of bad communication. Then, when you request a new agent the owner who I think is Tammy(she called me once, briefly) told me she would handle the purchase of our home. I never got the approved contract from the seller's because the agent(or owner of this remax location at this point) never sent it to us! Do not use these people. We were a cash offer and would have been able to close fast. They lost this sale and I hope they lose their business. Maybe then they will be responsive. My contract termination lists my agent(s) at this locations lack of communication with us as the reason the contract was terminated! I had to contact the sellers agent to get anything!

My home was offered FSBO on Zillow, and broker-agent Jill Cummings brought me a buyer. Jill is very experienced, competent, responsive and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jill and would highly recommend her!

Laura Goggin and Karen Schoenthal are great to work with. They helped my wife and I buy our 1st home. They have become good friends and we would recommend them to anyone.
