I was so fortunate to have Sandra Stover as my real estate agent. She truly went above and beyond to find the perfect home for my husband and I. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in today's market. I can't say enough about how great she was. She's very knowledgeable and made the process of finding and buying a house realistic, practical and within our budget. She is a smart and genuinely caring person. If you're in the market to buy look no further if you want a great agent.
I own my dream home because of the efforts and generosity of Tiffany Swisher. She was there with answers when I needed them and always made me feel valued. The team she puts together is the best! I am forever grateful.
I can't say enough nice things about Pete. I went into the home buying experience knowing nothing, and he took so much time making sure I understood every step of the process. He was always available to talk and answer all of my questions. Pete is such a genuine person, and always stays positive. You can tell he loves what he does, and he has great working relationships with everyone in the business.
Tiffany and her team achieved the impossible in
a challenging, complicated and confusing
situation - mine! I am beyond impressed and
appreciative. They were dedicated, professional,
creative and never gave up. I can't stop smiling 🥰
Phillip Haas was the sellers agent when I bought my home. Prior to closing I was asked by my realtor what day and time I would prefer to close. The time was set for 10. When I got to the closing I was informed that the buyer were not going to be signing forms until 2:00. This was the first time I or my realtor was informed of this and this of course created a great inconvenience movers and deliveries. Mr. Haas reported that he did just as much information as my realtor, indicating he was unaware and not responsible for the difference in times and lack of communication. Upon reviewing the discloser documents it was revealed that the sellers paid and extra fee for a coordinator. This fee was paid to Remax. When I asked Mr. Haas who the coordinator worked for, he admitted it was for his agency. While I was unhappy about the inconvenience I was livid that Mr. Haas shifted shirked knowledge and responsibility of the scheduling snafu and suggested the blame was with my own realtor. This seems like a poor business practice at best.
