The best of the best! If you want to sell your house fast and get the best price for your home then you want to pick Heidi Pecora. She is excellent at advising you what to do to prepare for the sale and to get ready to present your home if you are selling. Her team is excellent as an example, the photographer's photos were top notch. She had a list of electricians, plumbers, roofers, ect when needed. She new the correct price for the market at the time we put the house up for sale. She answered every question and was only a phone call away or would be there hands on always! I recommend you to call her when you want to sell or buy a home as she is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest.
