I would encourage any home seller or purchaser to AVOID LAURIE KAISER at all costs. Mrs. Kaiser is constantly unresponsive and unprofessional. Her attention to detail is extremely unsatisfactory. During a recent transaction she was carless in her communication of an agreed upon closing credit amount between a seller and buyer. In this forum, I'll go with  "careless mistake" because the alternative would be much worse and I cannot confirm such intention although it is possible. She has also left the showing lockbox to a home that was closed for over a week and has not even responded to MULTIPLE requests to remove it. I'd also encourage RE/MAX Action to upgrade their talent pool. Thank you.
Reflecting on my experience with Pat Coughlin in 2016. I will never use RE/MAX in Lisle again ! My husband and I contact her and her boyfriend for help finding a stable rental in our time of need . We had a 1 1/2 year old boy and were a new family with fear of finding stability. When our credit report wasn’t to what she expected , instead of guidance as to what to do to reach our goal , she told us to go to the homeless shelter ... we are currently real estate investors 5 years thanks to a realitor who believed in us and zero thanks to Pat.
Darlene Mahnke helped us make a decision about our home as to whether it was the right time to move or stay and provided a Seller Net Equity sheet so we could get a ball park of the proceeds. Very helpful.
We look forward to continue working with her when we do decide to sell.
Thank you Darlene!
I dealt with Darlene Mahnke who is selling a home in my neighborhood. She put a sign up in my yard for the listing which was fine with us. The sign went missing (we did nothing with it) and she came up to my door and berated my wife for stealing the sign. She was rude, disrespectful, and downright mean and I would never do business with her.
I had a recent experience with a Re/MAX Action agent that can only be described as sketchy. Trust is such a valuable component of the real estate process. As a buyer in Naperville, I will pass over any home with a Re/Max Action sign.
