My husband & I moved to Richmond Hill from out of state and Kelly Johnson has been a huge help! She is our property manager & our renting experience has been wonderful. Her & her assistant, Lynne, are always willing to help and answer any questions. I have also had a very good experience with Re/Max Accent's customer service. Awful experience! They will take a "few" apps before giving to home owner to rent.. then after 3 weeks tell you owner decided to stay in home.. move your app 3 times to other homes with no correspondence After you find a home somewhere else refuse to give you refund.. Go somewhere else unless you have $ to throw away. Just sad.

That's a great place to find a home but you need prove of 3 times payments and same monthly payment for down payment
