My family and I rented a property run by them for a year and it was terrible. The women here are extremely rude especially Felicia. They were rude the entire time we lived at the property and gave us a difficult time over getting a service dog for my husband who is a disabled veteran. If you needed anything fixed at the property it was difficult to get ahold of them and get the issue taken care of but when they needed something from you they pestered you until you responded and constantly threatened to charge additional fees. Upon moving out we spent over $400 to have a cleaning service come out not once but twice to clean the property yet they still charged us $300 for cleaning and an additional $250 to remove a clothing hanger and change batteries and a few lightbulbs throughout the house. I will never associate myself with the RE/MAX company again or recommend anyone else use them either due to how unprofessional these women were. They don’t treat you like a person, they are only concerned about getting their money.

Kimberly Lockett and Nic Taylor are two incredible people. Very honest and willingness to help in any way possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home. They are genuine and the BEST team to work with.

Mice in property since February they had a mouse infestation and only put put bait traps after finding new mouse droppings the baits traps were not working you knew there was a rodent infestation and and you still put it on market for rent this is nasty and cruel to use people situation in finding a nice clean place to live you did not value the health and well being of another human being you are greedy only out just to make money! Beware of this property management it’s sad to ruin the name of ReMax they will take you for a ride!

Felicia approved my application then cancelled few hours later. Not a good business to deal with. She said her manager and her discuss and decided not to go ahead after I made my deposit. Waste of time.
