Jason and Justin go out of their way to help their customers get the best deal & to save them the most money.....also to get the best equipment..... I would never ever go back to a big chain company after dealing with these two guys they are the best.... they care about their clients their prices are very reasonable.... VERY reasonable compared a big chain company. R&R is prompt... They get the work done correctly the first time unlike some other companies that I have had to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone..... Be aware of AEL....THEY CHEATED LIED HARRASSED...& STOLE FTOM ME.... THEY WAITED 6 MONTHS TO FIX SOMETHING &THEN DIDNT GET IT RIGHT...I CALLED R&R & THEY GOT THE JOB DONE AS SOON AS THE PART CAME IN ...WITHIN DAYS... 1/3 THE PRICE OF AEL & IT HAS BEEN A YEAR....MY STAIR LIFTWORKS LIKE A DREAM....SO I WENT BACK AND GOT A FIT FOR MY VAN.... I WILL ALWAYS GO TO THAT COMPANT SO LONG AS JASON & JUSTIN ARE THERE.... THEY ARE HONEST &HARDWORKING!

Jason was AWESOME! My husband's chair is his lifeline and we have been having problems with his joystick to drive his chair coming off. Without it being clamped on the arm rest he has to just have it lay in his lap. Because he is quadriplegic he doesn't have use of one of his hands and the other is limited, therefore it's nearly impossible for him to hold onto the thing and try to drive at the same time. :( We were running behind today and got here after a doctors appointment only to realize we had forgotten the clamp that keeps coming off! Ughhh!!! But Jason problem solved and whipped up a solution and now my husband has his ability to get up and be active with our family again! Thanks a million Jason...its true what they say...NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES!!!
