I had a leak from a busted pipe that caused water damage in few rooms of my home. PuroClean was out right away and went above and beyond in making sure our home was dried in an efficient and timely manner. Bonnie was very helpful in such a stressful situation! I was always informed about equipment checks and the crew was always on time for the appointments. PuroClean of Biloxi was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service!! We had a leak in our upstairs air conditioner which we didn't discover until the water was coming out underneath the floorboards in the foyer! Bonnie and the team responded in less than 24 hours, and were a joy to work with. They kept us apprised of all the remediation efforts and communicated regularly, and were more than happy to support our needs. I would recommend them for your emergency response or water abatement needs any time!

Had two appointments no one ever showed up or called. They are lying wanting you to believe. I was not here when in fact I am bedbound and disabled and was here. These people are liars.
