PuroClean of Highlands Ranch

Our basement flooded last week and PuroClean has helped us through each step so far! Chris, Zeke, and Isaac have been polite, worked hard, and have communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!

We needed a water mitigation company to mitigate water damage in a bathroom in our house. We called PuroClean, and the owner, Rocky Lechman, and his team were at our house soon after to start the water mitigation process. Rocky was very professional and great to work with. His team was also fantastic. We could not have been more pleased with the way Rocky explained the work they were doing and the manner in which they completed the work. Rocky was always on time, always did what he said he was going to do, and was always pleasant to work with. If we are ever in a position to need water mitigation services again, we would not hesitate to call Rocky. It looks like there may be different branches or companies that operate under the PuroClean name in the Denver area. I would recommend looking specifically for Rocky Lechman and asking specifically for Rocky and his team because they were terrific to work with!

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to warn anyone dealing with Chris Lechman. I used PuroClean to clean up some water damage in our basement. They completed the demo and mitigation, but when the time came to put the project back together and finish what was started, Chris Lechman couldn't get me a quote and stopped responding. When I followed up with him 2 weeks after they completed demo, he promised to get back with me later that day...nothing for a week. After another week, I followed up and he apologized, but would get right on it. After another week, he simply stopped responding to calls or texts. After asking him if I should find someone else to do the work...he still didn't respond. So basically doing the demo work and leaving me with an unfinished project and no response. Thanks Chris.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! James (owner) and his team did an amazing job cleaning up our water damage from a washing machine flood. Their timeliness, professionalism, and work quality are unbeatable. It’s obvious that James and his team genuinely care about their work and the customers they serve. Well done PuroClean! I highly recommend you and would use you again in a heartbeat if I ever need to! Thanks for your quality work.

I can't speak highly enough of James and PuroClean. He made a very stressful situation as pleasant and calming as possible. Everyone has been in a situation where an appliance or pipe leaks, and as a home owner, you have no idea where the source is....or what to do. Because it usually involves, an appliance repairman, a plumber, and a general contractor. James was super responsive, came to our house on a Sunday (within 24 hours), with really cool infrared, humidity and mold testing, and drying equipment, and was able to identify the source, validate that we had no mold, and make recommendations for quick repairs to our drywall. It is hard to find such quality and professional work at a reasonable price these days. Lots of gouging out there, especially when you are in a pinch. Thank you, James and PuroClean!!!
