My mother and I came from out of town to find ourselves in a overwhelming situation with a sick family members house. When I pulled up restoration service in that area I decided to call PuroClean and that was the best decision! Tim and Lauren were able to meet with us right away, access the situation, let us know what would be done. They worked with us long distance, keeping us informed of the progress every step of the way and did a wonderful job. We weren't able to get back there for 6 months, Lauren and Tim held onto the keys for us, and Lauren even offered to go over and turn on the heat for us when she saw the weather was gonna get cold. When we returned to pack things and try to sell the house, Lauren had connections for someone to remove what we did not want and to a wonderful realtor who sold the place in a few days, she was just a angel sent to us. Tim and Lauren went above and beyond in there job and to help us with our difficult situation and we can not thank them enough!

The overwhelming situation we found ourselves in was completely resolved in a timely manner, and they thoughtfully guided us at each step with thorough information and recommendations. My basement flooded during a big rainstorm. Tim was on-site within 24 hours of my call with him. He was great. He extracted all the water, made sure none of the drywall was in jeopardy, removed and replaced all the carpet pad and dried everything out completely. Once everything was dried out, he treated everything to prevent mold growth. Wouldn’t you know, 2 weeks later it rained really bad again, and he came back out to check in everything. This time I just needed a few fans and he was happy to help. Tim is very professional, easy to work with, trust worthy, fair in price and was always in time. He explained everything to me as he worked. Gave me some tips on how to try to prevent future flooding. I would recommend his company to all my friends.

Tim was excellent and extremely helpful with everything. I had some minor flooding in my basement and he assisted in the cleanup as well as helping pinpoint where the most likely culprit was. He gave me an excellent price and discount as well and was overall a joy to have work. Lauren was very friendly and helpful as well. I’m very pleased I went with them, not only to support local businesses but because the level of service and friendliness shown was absolutely incredible. This company’s service performance was top notch. We had a water pipe break in the basement, and they came out the first day. They kept us informed throughout and worked with our insurance company. Tim and Lauren are very professional and knowledgeable people. Completed the job on a timely and thorough manner.
