I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at PuroClean of Central Denver & PuroClean of Central Colorado Springs & Golde for the inspection of my home after a pipe burst and flooding of the house. The team was professional, courteous, and dedicated to doing a great job. They provided me with a free estimate and an accurate assessment of the damage caused by the flooding. They also set up air dehumidifiers to help prevent any additional damage. The team worked diligently and with great attention to detail. They were able to accurately assess the damage and provide me with a thorough report of their findings and recommendations. They were also very helpful in providing advice on how to best mitigate the damage and restore my home to its pre-flood condition. I am extremely impressed with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them for any inspection or remediation work. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that my home was safe and secure and that I was satisfied with the results. I am very grateful for all the hard work and dedication they put into inspecting my home.

Santiago and his crew did a fantastic job after I had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve morning. There was 2 inches of water in my lower level. They came here and did their job. The carpet in my entire lower level was soaked. They removed all the carpet and padding in the large living area and bedroom and disposed of everything. The ceiling was raining and the smell was horrible. They used several machines to clean the air and dehumidify the whole place. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURO CLEAN. We recently had a fire when my husband was out of town. It was a tough situation for me. I discovered that a floor drain flooded my basement the morning I was leaving for my niece's wedding. PuroClean was called and began cleanup the same day. I found Amanda's communication to be immediate, responsive, and accurate. Being away at the time of the incident was a bit unnerving, but upon return, there were no surprises that had not been discussed. The cleanup crew was very friendly and professional. As an insurance adjuster it is very rare I leave a review for contractors however, my dealings with Mr. Scott we're all but typical. This gentleman was beyond knowledgeable, professional and displays the utmost care and concern for his clients. What a breath of fresh air! Mr. Scott takes full control and responsibility for the claim making both his clients lives easier and the insurance companies job seamless when assisting with a claim.
