The unexpected water damage was stressful and stinky. I was emotionally reactive because I had NO IDEA what to do. Chris was knowledgeable, decisive and calm over the phone. He got a crew out quickly that made my home livable again right away! They answered ALL the many questions while they were working, really educating my son in the process. They were fun AND got the job done!! Chris helped me have conversations with homeowners insurance and general contractor to put the house back together. I've since sought his opinion on other homeowning decisions. The water damage was a disaster but meeting Chris & crew has made my life better, both immediately and in the long run. My neighbor had flooding that leaked over into my condo. Chris Z. Was helping my neighbor and check to see if I was being affected. As soon as we realized that I was being flooded as well, Chris was able to help mitigate the damages in a quick professional manner. The team then promptly came out and removed all the water damaged flooring and drywall. I greatly appreciate all of their help.

We had a leak in our 2nd floor bathroom that made it's way down to the basement. Rocky was able to come out quickly and assess the initial damage. Along with his team, Zeke, Isaac, Chris, they were able to demo everything and set up fans to help get everything dried out quickly. Rocky was great about texting arrival times, and Zeke did a great job communicating the damages through the demo process. Everyone was very professional and kind. I hope I don't have anymore damage in our home, but if we do, I know exactly who I am going to call.

Rocky was our representative and I must say, he was amazing!! He was always on time for every visit, he was communicative of exactly what we would respect, he connected us with great partners to help and I’ve been super impressed with his positivity and professionalism!! Our finished and fully furnished basement flooded. Our insurance company had PuroClean contact us to assist and I am so thankful for that as companies we were calling were booked solid. Even though they were too, Chris still came out same day to start the mitigation process. Rocky and Zeke came out next morning to remove the rest of our items in the basement, removed all the soaking wet carpet and pad and set up fans and a dehumidifier to dry out. Later came out to do flood cuts (remove some insulation and dry wall). They worked tirelessly and diligently to get the job done well and with care! During the process they were so compassionate about our situation and happy to help any way they could. They were very knowledgeable and willing to take time despite how busy they were to answer all my questions. Rocky even found a leak we were unaware of coming from our bathroom sink water line. I cannot say enough good things about this team and the company overall! Highly recommend them if you are ever in need!
