I had been tasked with a sensitive cleanout of a property in preparation for listing it for sale. Jessica Moncada from Puroclean in Leominster was fantastic from the first day I contacted her to brainstorm, through all of the hoops necessary dealing with the association that the property was part of, for recommendations of outside contractors, and coordination of a full multi-day cleanout of the property in the winter. I thought their pricing was very fair given the scope of the project. The workers all had good attitudes, and collaborated with me to find alternative solutions to our plan on-the-fly during the cleanout. I will absolutely hire them again, and now have them listed on the Recommended Professionals page of my website.

We needed attic mold mitigation done in a hurry (we're selling, and we just discovered the previous owner's mitigation 12 years ago didn't work), and this team was there very quickly to do the inspection and estimate, and again to do the actual work. Very professional and informative, they explained what had gone wrong with the previous treatment, and why this time would be different. Very happy to work with them. I'd use them again, but you know, I really hope I don't have to...

I bought a house approximately 11 months ago that supposedly had mold mitigation done through this company. I was provided with receipts, yet I had work done on my attic and basement immediately after moving in and was told it didn't look like the mold was mitigated, I contacted puroclean 5 TIMES, to ask what process they used to mitigate the mold as it doesn't appear the problem was taken care of. I was told each time that someone would get back to me, I never heard from anyone.
