Had a great experience with PuroClean. I recently put in a new AC and the installers didn't check that the condensation was draining correctly and they also didn't add kill switches for when water started to build up. So a week later when two upstairs bedrooms, the hallway, and the ceiling in the garage were damaged by water dumping down I googled for a restoration company. I called John with PuroClean and he was there in about 20 minutes to check out the damage and start working on restoration. His team were in quickly to tear out the wet stuff and start drying everything. It was very reasonably priced. John took care of providing all of the contractors to come in and replace everything and it was professionally done. They worked hard to meet my schedule and were flexible but prompt. They even found a piece of an old intercom system that was in my house and had gotten wet causing the rest of the system to mess up. His electrician found the part and came out and replaced it. Highly recommend PuroClean.

A slow leak in the dishwasher caused an extreme amount of mold inside the walls. They came out and addressed the situation, then after removing the molded material and treating the remaining structure, they tented the area and placed a commercial size dehumidifier and heater. Mold and odor gone!

John and team helped us replace our living room ceiling earlier this year due to a leaking upstairs shower. Great experience start to finish. Quick turn around and all of our mold concerns were taken very serious. Thanks

When mold appeared in our garage, we spoke with several companies. John, the owner, was the only one who discovered the root cause (water damage from leaky pipe in shower). He was very professional, made sure we had a full understanding of the issue and answered all our questions. He put us at ease and made us feel confident that the issue would be handled properly. We were VERY pleased with the removal of the mold, along with the construction work on the garage wall and ceiling. If we ever need a contractor to repair water damage, etc, PuroClean will be the first company we call.

Working with this company was as nice as could be, from start to finish! Super prompt to reply and schedule, super helpful and did such a nice job! I hope I won't need them again but if you're dealing with water damage, don't hesitate! I'll also say they were half the price of another restoration company I got a quote from!
