PuroClean Property Paramedics

Very professional Christian people! They went above and beyond to take care of our home. They understood the unplanned situation we found ourselves in. The logo on their trucks says they are paramedics for your home. That is exactly what they did for us. They came in and took care of our home as if it were their own!

We had a prolonged water leak under our house that took some time to show any signs. Once we discovered it we called the insurance and they sent PuroClean to help dry out under the bathroom and spray for mold. These guys were very polite, prompt, and professional.

Water line broke in our attic soaking the attic, insulation and running down into the house through air vents, lights etc. Puroclean immediately answered my call and were at the house in approximately an hour. They moved so quickly and were so responsive the damage was held to a bare minimum; so much so that I didn't need to make an expensive home owners claim. Their responsiveness and professionalism saved me over $10K Thank you

Chris and his team were at my store within a couple of hours from my initial phone call. They got right to work and accomplished the substantial cleanup with professionalism and a great attitude. They took care with preserving delicate areas and explained what they needed to do, getting my approval beforehand when appropriate. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have had PuroClean out to 2 of our facilities for flood damage. One of the times was a Sunday morning and they were on site within an hour of our call.
