I recently had the good fortune to attend NFT Training at PuroClean's corporate office and training facility in Tamarac, Florida. For two weeks I was educated first hand by PuroClean's restoration professionals in a manner that was relevant, hands on, collaborative, instructional and supportive down all avenues pertinent for successfully starting up and running a PuroClean franchise. The entire staff as well the regional directors who flew into town to work with us made the event educational, comforting and supportive. I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge through classroom exercises, lunch and learns, hands on water restoration and technical work, as well as the side discussions with staff and other attendees. A special thank you to Darren, Chrissy, Bud, Mary, Mark and all the wonderful hard working PuroClean folk who made a two weeks business trip feel like a getaway. My best and thank you. Ted S
Very professional organization with extreme attention to detail in all their work. The training, certification preparation, and local community relationships are all extremely high level and the best in the industry. They have top notch instructors and their service to all those that they serve is top-notch.
I have never posted anything negative about a company ever... but the experience that I have had with PuroClean of Flower Mound deserves a warning to everyone that I know.
We had pipes burst in our house on 12/23/22. Marco Rodriguez came in acting to be our saviors and "here for us." They make you sign an open-ended contract with no estimate to begin the work. So as we are standing in a lake in our house, I signed. It states that payment will be due in 30 days from the customer, regardless of when insurance pays you. I asked how much I could expect the bill to be in case I had to pay out of pocket while insurance processed. He stated that a normal claim is $3500-4000 but ours would be more. I was thinking that meant $7-8k on the high side. Imagine our shock when an invoice for over $15k came through. I sent it insurance immediately. My insurance company said they would review the charges to make sure it was fair market value. My insurance cut me a check for $8513 and advised me that this was the appropriate amount for their services. I paid that check to Marco by the end of February. He then began to heckle me continuously that I owed him the balance because insurance can't control his rates and the contract was between us. He then called me and said he would be willing to settle and came back at $10k. I refused and held to what my insurance told me. I had not heard a peep from him for over a month. I then started receiving non stop calls from a collection agency (NCCG out of Lewisville.) this week. They said the information they had is that we owe $22k and had not made a payment. They said there is a lien on my house and they will report to credit bureaus... mind you I have zero emails, letters or any legal documents from them. The lady who calls is rude and condescending.
As new Franchise owners, my business partners and I are very grateful for all the guidance and support provided by PuroClean Corporate Headquarters. They are always available to help and are very timely in getting any issues resolved. Their guidance has helped us launch and have a successful 1st year. Corporate has always made us feel welcome and part of the PuroClean family from Day 1!!
This company is reliable and trustworthy. It is wonderful when you contact a company in an emergency situation and the company is quick to respond. It is very much appreciated when the company arrived they take their time and do a thorough investigation of what is going on and find the root of the problem. The employees are professional, trustworthy and do what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend any of the PuroClean franchisees throughout the country to assist in any problems you may have, pertaining to smoke, fire, water damage, mold, bio-hazard or covid clean-up or disinfecting. The company makes sure all PuroClean technicians are certified and meet.standards of excellence.
