Can I give them zero stars? I like my doctor fine. Saw him for a physical few months ago and we talked about a medication I needed for a certain issue I was dealing with. Needed a blood test first, but got that at the office the same day. Two months later, and I still can't get my doctor on the phone for the prescription. Nightmare. What are they doing over there???
I had the worst experience there I waited 4 months for this appointment didn't get seen there staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional they don't answer there phone I will never Refer anybody to go there they are disgusting special the lady at the front desk...ps didn't won't to give them a star but I had to so I can post this
I love Dr Reddy, I feel he checks everything for you and really takes the time he needs to with you. However, I think the office staff is awful. They called me to tell me to increase my dosage to 20. They already increased it 3 months previously. They didn't know because my chart wasn't updated. Wait time to talk to office staff was 35 minutes today. 20 minutes last time. I've been to CVS 4 times trying to get my meds. I've called the office 4 times in regards to it. Nothing solved still waiting. That's the normal too. I'm frustrated to say the least.
AVOID PROHEALTH UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED POORLY. .
I had a minor heart attack on 3/14, was released on 3/16 . On 3/17 I called the office for an appointment & to p/u my records for the Cardiologist. I was given an appointment w/another medical professional, not my doctor. The appt was 1 month out. I required my records for the Cardiologist, have yet to receive records. I said nothing, hung up & started looking for another Dr. I had no intention of keeping appointment.
On Monday 3/20 a female from Prohealth called me, all sorts of friendly. "How are you?" I responded "I'm angry. Can I talk to my Dr?"
She responded "no, I'm not in the room w/him. How are you doing?" "I'm angry. I've been a patient for 15 yrs. Why can't I talk to my doctor?"
"I'm not in the room w/him"
I started to cry because after a heart attack, tears fall easily. I hung up & continued my search for a new Dr.
On 3/23 Kim left a voice-mail. I turned to my husband & stated "watch I'll be hold a minimum of 20 mins....22 mins later Kim answered "oh they sent you to the wrong line, so what's the problem?"
I lost it. At this point their behavior was borderline abusive. Kim was nothing but disrespectful.
I work in Healthcare, Prohealth is an embarrassment. Prohealth lacks professionalism, empathy, compassion & kindness.
Still waiting on my records & I see the Cardiologist tomorrow 3/29.
Interesting-when I explained to Cardiologist why I didn't have my records, she inquired "which Dr?"
"Prohealth "
She responded "we have a few former Prohealth patients with the same issues. You've had a heart attack, you don't need this stress. Don't you worry, we'll take care of you"
