The staff at this location were very accommodating and helpful during my visit. They helped me in finding a jersey that I was having a hard time finding online. Found the jersey I wanted and they allowed me to try it on right away before I purchased. Definitely a great place to get your sports merch.

My wife and I were in town for our anniversary and stopped in Pro Image Sports while out shopping. I bought some of the coolest items for my "Man-Cave" that I could not have found here in Louisville, Ky. if you are thinking of buying something for "him" this is the right shop to go to. GO TARHEELS!!!!

I purchased a jersey from this establishment as a gift for a friend as well as a few other items but while still shopping in the outlet I noticed the jersey was a bit stretched and realized it wasn't the correct color my friend wanted. Returned to the store, within the same hour of purchase, receipt in hand. The jersey hadn't been tried on, all tags were present, and it was barely handled. The store employee said he would have to call his boss about returns. Confused, I waited patiently. They went back and forth and told me they would not return my money due to covid....but would exchange it. I asked how that is any different than a return if covid is your reason. They did not have an answer for me. I said ok fine. I went and grabbed another jersey that I was interested in but it was slightly cheaper. He stated he would not exchange it at the marked price and instead would only exchange the jersey at its non marked down price because they weren't doing cash back due to covid....I asked if I could pay in cash and he again looked confused and then I asked if I used a card could they just return the difference and i got the same response. This is when I realized it had nothing to do with covid and they were just trying to hustle any jersey sale they could. It is unfortunate because I enjoyed the store and would have returned in the future to purchase more items but this ruined it for me completely. The other items I purchased were great and I had no issues with them.
