Prime Healthcare Gastroenterology

If you’re looking for a primary care physician, DO NOT go to Prime Healthcare in Avon (44 Dale Rd). I had to book my appointment for my annual physical 3 months out, and was then told at my appointment today that this was just a “meet and greet” and I that I had to make ANOTHER appointment to have my physical. If you have time to waste, feel free to use them. But if you’re like most of us, don’t waste your time.

This medical office has patient communication issues!! Poor answering long wait , the office staff has no knowledge of patient information and finding answers to questions!! The aprn are not professional when exams are done ! I won’t be going back to prime healthcare!!! They don’t care about the patients!!’ Very disappointed!!

The doctors and staff in this office get an A+ from me. I always get confirmation calls, lab results as soon as they receive them, an appointment the same day if I am sick, call backs the same day and an overall caring attitude. The doctors are only as good as their staff and the staff is terrific. The doctors are great, too! Dr. Sandoval and Dr.Petruff have taken care of me for 25 years plus years!

Dr corredine and all his taff were wonderful to during my surgery. The best!!!
