We had a great experience with Premier Pools. If you're thinking about putting in a pool do yourself a favor - call Premier and ask for Lenard. Lenard designed our pool - he was knowledgeable, great to work with and got us exactly what we wanted. Once you sign the contract - ask for Jack to be your project manager. I could write a book on how much me and my family loved working with Jack. Jack is awesome - he cares, communicates and works very hard to ensure you get exactly what you want. Even after our pool was completed, Jack was in our area on another project and stopped by our house just to say hello and tell my wife happy mothers day (it was mothers day) - great project manager but an even more amazing person. One thing you have to keep in mind is building a pool is construction - it's a coordinated effort of a multitude of crews that have to do things in a certain order. So yes, there are hicups and delays due to uncontrollable events (weather, city inspections, etc..) and yes, there was piles of debris and mud at times and yes, there was some inconveniences BUT they're all temporary and inconsequential compared to a life time of fun in the sun in your pool with family and friends. Deciding to put in a pool is a big decision and investment so hire Premier and do it right. Great warranty, locked pricing, national bargaining power, internal scheduling and crews - Premiere Pools.

Premiere Pools did an amazing job finishing our pool build after prior builder failed to finish the job. Project Manager Kiki and crew were knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. Great customer service and quality work. Premiere Pools took over a nightmare situation and turned it into our dream pool. We would recommend them 100%. Thanks guys!

Please do not use this builder! Our pool was built in 2020 and looked beautiful initially. 3 years later, you can see what your pool will look like. Not only will it be absolutely hideous, but you will be paying thousands of dollars monthly to the water company due to leaks throughout your pool. This is what we are going through and still owe over 100k on our defective pool. Normal spider cracks can happen- we have cracking throughout our pool in areas over 1/2" wide and have been advised by local engineers that this 100% is due to structural defects. As with other reviewers, we were confident in our choice after being told that our pool would be backed by the National brand located in California. Our builder was the Lakeway Franchise, Braidy Baird, and they are now closed (I wonder why). I tried reaching out multiple times to the other local PPAS, John Curl, and he will not respond. John built half of our pool before opening his own franchise. Furthermore, our Salesman, Kelly Peel, is now the owner of Lakeside Custom Pools. I have tried to reach out to him multiple times with no response simply to ask a few questions about our build. Lastly, I've reached out to Paul Porter directly, who is the owner of the National Brand PPAS, completely unresponsive. None of these individuals have any integrity and DO NOT CARE ONCE THEY ARE PAID! You will be stuck with a nightmare in the ground. You will be happy for a year and then you will start noticing that your pool is starting to collapse. Their construction is structurally defective and you will not be backed up by the national brand! Please read these reviews so that you do not have to go through this! We feel like we have been conned and are looking into legal representation, we have no choice.

Terrible experience with Premier Pools and Spas in Georgetown/North Austin! They left us with a giant dirt hole in our yard and never built our pool! They took our dream and turned it into a horrible nightmare! Per the city’s BDS director, they provided an inaccurate survey omitting critical information in order to obtain a permit under false pretenses, which, per the city would not have been approved if the accurate information was disclosed. If they weren’t dishonest, we would still have our money and our beautiful yard! They also lied to the BBB when we filed a claim against them (you can read full details of what happened on the BBB website). We finally had no choice but to hire an attorney. The owner is dishonest and left us without the beautiful yard we loved or the pool we dreamed of. We lost everything including our children’s playground and all trees and landscaping and are left with tens of thousands of dollars in debt due to their negligent and fraudulent business practices. If they reply to this review, they are likely going to try and say that our contract was with the previous owner or a different franchise, but that's simply not true, and a whole separate issue where the previous owner fraudulently signed a contract AFTER he sold the company to this new owner. Both offices and owners are dishonest and refused to take responsibility and accountability for their negligent actions and I strongly advise against using this company! If and when things go wrong the corporate office will claim zero liability or responsibility. Do not fall for their advertising as a national company because the franchises all just use the same marketing materials which greatly misrepresent this branch or their quality of work and corporate is simply a marketing platform and nothing more. Below are the photos of what we were promised and what we got, our destroyed yard, as well as photos of what it looked like before they destroyed it, all due to their deceptive and unethical business practice! Also if someone posts a negative review on their Facebook page they delete it and block them! This shows the extent and lengths they go through to manipulate and hide the truth!

Premier Pools and Spas provided exceptional service in building our backyard pool. They were very communicative throughout the process, and we were kept informed every step of the way. The quality of the build was outstanding, and the team was always professional and friendly. The final product is a beautiful, well-built pool that we are extremely happy with. I highly recommend Premier Pools and Spas for anyone looking for a top-quality pool builder in Central Texas.  Perhaps more importantly, we have required a couple warranty repairs.  In both cases, Premier stayed in communication the entire time, and the repair was made when promised and at great quality.
