Premier Pool & Spa

My wife and I are brand new to hot tub/spas. We recently bought our first (an Arctic) from Premier and haven’t regretted it for 1 second. I assume any dealership can sell you a decent spa but the staff at Premier went above and beyond when it comes to making sure we knew how to get it properly set up and get the chemicals balanced. We live rural and are on well water with quite a bit of iron. Jeff and Elmedin helped us troubleshoot to ensure that our water is crystal clear and to address the iron/rust ring that was starting to form on the shell around the water line. During the buying process they were great but I wasn’t sure how well they would support us after the sale was completed. Their post-sale support is top notch and has greatly surpassed our expectations. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend Premier

Bought an Artic Spa 4 yrs ago from another dealer. They never took the time to walk through everything. Got in contact with Premier Pool and Spa. They are fantastic!! We had an excellent experience with Premier Pool & Spa! We have been dealing with this company for almost 20 years, and they are knowledgeable and experienced and great people to work with. Yesterday we had our indoor pool liner, replaced, and the 3 technicians who came out did an awesome job, they were respectful, very meticulous & the pool couldn’t have looked nicer!
