Every interaction with Premier Chem Dry has been seamless- from Jason who answered the phone and scheduled me to Kevin who came out to clean my rugs and upholstery. Jason was courteous, professional and straightforward with pricing and scheduling. Kevin was prompt, professional and friendly as well. He really did a thorough job and put extra effort into the problem areas. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing to have carpets, rugs and/or upholstery cleaned!! You won’t be disappointed!

Huge coffee spill on white fabric chairs over the weekend. I called and left a message and Kevin got back to me right away, and scheduled an immediate visit that worked with my schedule. He was super friendly, very professional and arrived on time as promised. My chairs are still drying, but they look fantastic! Highly recommend!

They showed up on time, very friendly. The quality of the work was amazing, they were able to get all the pet stains out of the carpeting. The gentleman also fixed the squeaky front door. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was impressed with the price, cleaning results and interpersonal skills of company personnel.
