I have been seeing Dr Gabella for a few years now since my Car accident and subsequent brain injury in 2020. I was unable to do most things with ease after the accident and my memory and sight were abysmal. With her guidance and medical expertise I have been able to get my life back and return to an almost normal daily routine with increased independence. Dr Gabella has supported me through everything since my brain injury and without her I am certain I would not have come so far in the short time since my accident. She is a kind and welcoming person and I find myself sharing all kinds of stories with her during my sessions because she is the sort of person that you feel safe with. If you are struggling with anything brain, chronic illness, nervous system etc. related, Dr Gabella is the woman you want in your corner.

I am in my mid 70’s coming off a pacemaker and stint implant a few years earlier. I’ve had some balance and light headiness issues for over a year. Physical therapy helped somewhat but there was room for improvement with the light headedness and walking. I had thought that it was not going to change because of my age but my wife insisted I give Dr. G a try. Her exam made me aware that many of my nerve endings were not working. On my second visit I began to notice an improvement and coming up to my third I started feeling much better walking and my light headed feeling was completely gone. I could honestly write an article about my great experience here but I will try to keep it short and sweet. I have been battling with the scariest, most debilitating form of anxiety for a while now and Dr. Gabella was highly recommended to me. So I traveled from Texas to go see her and that trip was so worth it for me. I have felt so isolated in my suffering because it’s really hard to explain things that aren’t physical or just cut and dry. From the moment Paige reached out to me; to meeting and explaining myself to Dr. Gabella, I felt seen, heard and understood for the first time. I felt so much peace and comfort confiding in them and I trust Dr. Gabella with my life lol! She absolutely loves what she does, she explains everything thoroughly, is extremely knowledge in her practice and puts her entire focus into you. I am still in my re-coop and recovering week after treatment but I can already tell a world of a difference. I am so incredibly blessed that God placed this woman in my life, that her genuine kindness and thoughtfulness has helped me in more than one way! Paige is an absolute angel to work with and is on her game with response time and is so sweet and understanding as well! I 10000% recommend functional neurology to anyone feeling stuck or mentally and emotionally drained from anxiety. What I love most is that she just didn’t put me on medication and send me away, she gave me an all holistic way of healing myself and I’m forever grateful for that! Guess I ended up writing an article anyways.. oops🤷🏼‍♀️

I had been a long –haul Covid sufferer for months and my symptoms were only getting worse. I researched and googled “functional neurologist” and Precision Brain Center appeared. While at my first appointment - Dr Gabella did her assessment on me and she realized that there were many different treatments she would put into place specifically for me. I am thrilled to report after many treatments and supplementation I am finally feeling “normal” again. She is Dr. Gabella’s Assistant/ Office Manager and you will be greeted by her beautiful smile and she is ALWAYS eager to help. Search no more- trust me when I say- this is the ONE!!

Dr. Gabella literally saved my life. After suffering from a TBI last April, she was able to give me my life back. I was unable to sleep, agitated, depressed, and had difficulty completing tasks due to brain fog. I had dehabilitating headaches every day and extremely lethargic. She is such a master of her craft. Very intelligent, patient, and a good listener. Visits often seemed as I was meeting with a friend. Kristina who works the front desk is a rock star as well! Super nice, always checking on you, and is a whiz on the computer. The times Dr. Gabella and I would be discussing something Kristina would have looked it up on the computer and given us the statistics in less than a minute! I highly recommend Precison Brain Center if you are experiencing an array of brain issues from headaches, anxiety, post concussion syndrome etc. Heck the woman has nearly cured my acid reflux disease which was just an added bonus! Finding this place was a God send.
