Registration for my GI procedure was prompt and personnel were friendly. Nurses and the anesthesia staff in the prep and procedure areas were both professional and personable- and the same in recovery. My endoscopy experience was as stress-free and efficient as one could hope. Thanks to all staff involved in my care.

The staff here has been absolutely superlative - from the security guards that greet you to the hospital staff. Dr. Desai is thorough, upfront and honest, he has a very welcoming and kind bedside manner and he kept our family properly informed at every opportunity. It is very evident that he genuinely cares. The ICU nurses are attentive, calm and professional. We encountered zero bad attitudes and everyone truly seemed committed to helping us. The staff had good manners at all times and they always listened and paid close attention to any information we gave them.

If I could leave no stars I would!! This is the worst er I’ve ever been to my entire life!! This hospital is a complete joke! I took my 5 year old here who was crying because of severe stomach pain for almost 2 hours in the waiting area!! We sat there and waited while another patient walked in a whole hour and a half after us and was put before my child!!! And then when I ask the front why hasn’t my child been seen yet they responded there was no beds and all they could do was have triage reevaluate him!!!I left and went to another hospital which was way more helpful!!! I should have learned my lesson the first time about this place!!!! Do not come here!!!! Horrible service!!

I had a great experience, the nurses were very hospitable and kind. The atmosphere was very pleasant, friendly, warm and caring. Exceptional experience. It was kind of funny like when I had 3 nurses attending to me at the same time one doing the blood pressure, one the IV, and the other the thermometer to my forehead. I don’t think they noticed it, but they all came in at me the exact same time it was exciting to see for the moment like something in a movie. The cutest part was how the nurse aim at me with the thermometer. They had it together though, TEAMWORK. Love y’all. Thanks for making my 1st experience a great one. Blessings to you all.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff -- everyone was incredibly nice and efficient! My procedure took a little longer than I anticipated (that's on me and my assumptions, not the hospital), and when I asked questions about that, the nurse explained everything to me to my complete satisfaction. Well done!
