Go somewhere else for your holiday photos with Santa. Unfortunately, the woman conducting the line at the Santa pictures sucked the holiday joy right out of the air. Originally, my family and I had purchased a reservation at the Galleria to get our pictures taken. However, when we arrived, the Santa was African American. The galleria told us to go to the Frontenac as they would honor our reservation and use the same system. When we arrived, I said nothing about the other Santa, just simply that they told us we could come here to Frontenac instead. The woman started speaking to me very loudly at us, waiving her arms, and accusing me that the reason we were here is that I didn’t want the ‘diversity Santa’ - I calmly spoke back to her and said that we just want our picture taken. Had I not been persistent, she wouldn’t have let us through. Once we finally reached the top of the line, she whispered in the photo takers ear and the whole experience was quite uncomfortable and extremely racist. This woman should absolutely be dealt with.

Went to Brio. Food was very good. Service was terribly inadequate. We were on the patio and the two bartenders had to also take care of our table. Why, who knows. There were servers outside attending to other tables. It seemed vety disorganized. I know help, especially good help, is hard to find these days. The bartenders did the very best that they could and they were so polite and apologized for the problems. Also, they were out of coffee at 830pm so they made espresso drinks work for us. I will go back again as the food was very good, the bartenders were very nice and worked hard, but the service needs help.

Decent for high end shopping, my mom and I went into Neiman Marcus and I guess because we didn't look ritzy were treated poorly. Until we went over to buy a $6,000.00 dress.
