Shannon is a true gem at the blow dry bar! Her friendly and professional demeanor instantly puts you at ease. Not only does she have an amazing sense of humor, but she also has an incredible talent for understanding her clients' needs. She gave me exactly the style I asked for and made me feel like royalty throughout the entire session. Being treated with such care and attention truly made the experience exceptional. Shannon's skills are top-notch, and her ability to make you feel special is unmatched. I highly recommend her for a fantastic and pampering experience!

I've never had a blow out but wanted to try something new. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Zoie. She explained the process, made wonderful recommendations and was very calming and gentle. I will definitely be back.

Poor, unprofessional, stressful experience. Booked makeup and a blowout. Hairstylist ran long, so makeup artist had to rush. Hair didn’t really look like the picture I showed her, but it was okay. The worst part was the makeup - the owner walking up to time check and rush the makeup lady right in front of me. (The last thing you want is to know a service you’re paying good money for will be a rush job.) The makeup products are mostly low/mid quality, my eye lashes were cut too short and had to have her fix them. I brought lipstick (Red / Fenty Matte lip) and she had trouble with the product (admittedly it is a tricky product), but she was really going to send me out of the salon with a visibly uneven, bleeding lip. I have a hard time speaking up if I don’t like something, but it was really bad. When I got home I ended up touching up both my hair and makeup. In the end, after advocating for myself there, and tweaking it at home I did look nice, but overall a bad experience. I’d go elsewhere.

Zoie Holman is amazing! She captured perfectly what I wanted her to do with my unruly hair for my birthday! I will always recommend going to see Zoie at Pink Soda.
