This place is horrible and the state should shut them down. We have a loved one that is quadriplegic and been waiting 6 months for a chair . Tech dropped the chair off 6 months ago knowing it did not work, parts missing and has yet to come back. They will not answer calls. Unbelievable a company would do this to people with special needs.
We. will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and filing a court claim. We may even get a local news station involved at this point.
My wife needed a stairlift as soon as possible, and Clint Davis arranged it very quickly for us. We got the quote from Clint on 5/20, Patricia Rilely came for the measurement on 5/23, and the stairlifts were installed on 5/26 by Mark Rentschler who did an amazing job. Now they are working flawlessly. Very reliable!
Been working with Personal Mobility for 7 years and I’ve always been pleased with their work. I would highly recommend this Company if you are in a wheelchair or unfortunate enough to be put in one. It may take them time to get the job done, but they get the job done right the first time. Robert their sale rep and mechanic is always a pleasure to work with. They will not put you in a piece of junk either. They only deal with top quality wheelchairs and manufacturers parts. Bring your prescription in and they will be with you every step of the way. They do also work with state Medicaid and Medicare. They will get the job done right the first time every time. Way to go Personal Mobility! Keep up the great work!!
The Laws in place for certain add-on’s onto wheelchairs isn’t Personal Mobility’s fault. Not to mention the loss of replacement every 5 years also not their fault. Please help them and everyone in need fight this huge problem and contact your state Senator and tell them to over turn these laws so the people that need wheelchair’s (need not want) can get them in a timely fashion. This law has caused problems for people like myself in so many ways and lengthened our wait from 3 to 4 months to 4 to 9 months. This is outrageous and should be over turned. Thank you
Arnold came out today and fixed my power chair. I was very worried because my chair wouldn't hold power and Arnold came out and took a lot of time to diagnose the problem. He explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for. He is excellent at his job and very personable.
I’d give zero stars if I could. Extremely unorganized, unfriendly staff, OVERPRICED! STAY AWAY from Robert and the other old gentlemen working on the scooters. They are both extremely impatient and just want to get you out the door.
