I have my truck and now my camper UVL workin great When i had a problem Casey got me a company in Tampa to repair I hope you choose Personal Mobility for your Handicap needs
Really great company. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fixed our bus the same day and gave me a great tutorial on how to work the lift. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Their customer service is 10/10.
First of All, until this issue, I was mostly happy with your business. My truck was ordered brand new, modified by ATC, and next delivered to Personal Mobility in Peoria. This past winter I had a heck of a time keeping my truck on the road with any ice or snow on the road at all. At the time, I attributed it to the tires, but I wasn't sure. On Easter Sunday, I noticed along with some of my family that were visiting that my two front tires were worn very badly. I had less than 2400 miles on the truck. Gerry: my wife and I called and tried to get this resolved several times. You were paid for a job. Your company took my truck to another company to be aligned after your employee reinstalled the modified rack and pinion. Instead of picking up my truck and having it repaired, you told me to contact the company that did the alignment for you. My response was that you took my truck to the alignment shop, not me. Your response was, well it's your truck. After contacting the alignment shop and speaking with a rude employee who didn't sound helpful at all, I took my truck to the closet alignment shop that had a good reputation. Now, several months later, I've finally been reimbursed part of the repair bill. The alignment shop doesn't agree with the labor charges from the other repair shop. Regardless, your company should stand behind the work you were paid to do. I'm now out several hundred dollars. I told you this is not right and my only remedy is to go to court. Your response is well I can't make the alignment shop pay you, and that you've done everything as a business owner you could do. I don't believe you have. What you've done is wash your hands of the issue. Issues the local repair shop had to fix: replace two front tires, replace missing cross member bolt, replace damaged camber/caster pins with factory eccentric bolts and washers on both sides ( front and back), tighten lift kit parts that were left loose, replace missing control arm bolt, tighten lower strut bolts that were loose, and align the vehicle. Obviously, this was a lot more than an alignment issue. Someone had no idea what they were doing.
This is no reflection on Casey or Chad who were professional, patient, and helpful during the whole process. I now have almost 10000 miles on the truck as of May 23 2022. I haven't had anymore issues with tire wear or the truck not tracking straight on the snow or ice since the local repair shop, Neal Tires, repaired the truck properly. I was never reimbursed for the full amount of repairs.
This is a family owned/operated business that truly cares about their customers!! Gerry, the owner, worked diligently to make sure I had the perfect rental van for my needs, and he personally delivered the van to my home. I am a larger lady with leg issues, finding transportation to medical appointments is never easy for me. Not only was the van in excellent condition, but I was very comfortable riding in it for the three hours it took to get to/from my appointment! I HIGHLY recommend this company, they are phenomenal!!!

I went there to have controls installed on my car. They were not well-organized or efficient. I hope I never have to do business with them again.
