The best! Such a great adventure..totally recommend when here. These guys were entertaining and knowledgeable. We saw a few moose stopped at a store for some delicious fudge. Great way to spend the evening!!
The staff is very kind and jovial and they do their best to entertain their guests. Be warned: there is a 10% chance that you will see no moose at all. The staff were forthcoming with explaining that detail to their customers, but I would have thought twice about paying $90 for my wife and I to spend 4 valuable hours of our vacation on a bus ride that kept us out until midnight. This review is a reflection of the possibility that your night may be wasted. Given the infrequency of this unfortunate outcome, I feel as though we should have been given a refund. I'm sure this business could handle the financial hit considering they profit thousands of dollars for a 4 hour buss ride.
I went on the moose tour with 3 other adults and a child last night and we all had a great time. You stay on the bus the entire time (except for the bathroom/snack break if you choose to get off), but the reason they tell you to dress warm is because the top windows stay open the entire time. This does create noise, so if you or anyone in your party is sensitive to that, maybe bring some noise cancelling headphones.
The guides were friendly and informative. There were opportunities to win prizes based on raffle ticket numbers handed out at check-in. There was also a cartoon played, an informative moose video, some songs, a flashing colored light, and bubbles. They also passed around some moose parts around the bus. We were lucky and saw two moose on our journey. When we saw they moose, the guide used his camera to put the image of the moose up on the TV screens on the bus. They also showed us videos of previous moose that were seen over the past few months. The child we took was 5 and made it about 1/3 through the journey before falling asleep. Luckily he was able to see one moose and enjoy the fun part before he fell asleep.

Fun experience, go knowing it's going to light hearted and a bit goofy. But they take finding moose seriously and do their best to deliver.
