Paul Davis Restoration of West County

The whole team did great work. They answered all my questions and they were very professional. I would use them again in the future!

My basement has been under reconstruction since April of 2021. It is now the end of September of 2022 and they still have not finished the work. Contacting this company is like pulling teeth and when I do get a response it's vague and when I spoke with the owner I just got cussed out and hung up on. My recommendation is to literally use any other company that is not Paul Davis Restoration of West County. Update as of 1/6/2023 - Updating this review to share that it has been just over a year since anyone from their team has been to my home. There seems to be a lack in organization on their part and you can never seem to get ahold of anyone with this office. Don't use this company, they start jobs they can't finish and leave the homeowners to deal with the extra stress. I would give them 0/4 stars if I could. Also, I noticed they responded to my original comment and they mention that My "husband" was my project manager? I'm not even married.

Apologies for writing this late. Paul Davis did an awesome job in mitigating our flooding issue. Our emergency occurred late at night, but their team still arrived quickly and got to work. Very appreciative for their services.
