Amazing company to work for. I have been in the industry since I was 16 (13 years in the industry) and i cannot stress enough how well they treat their employees. I have worked for 3 other restoration contractors and Paul Davis believes in home/life balance and rewarding hard work and consistency. I cant thank this company enough for being so accommodating. Yes this may be an inside review, but i feel the need to review the company i work for. They truly care about their employees and clients. I have seen other restoration companies I have worked for do shady and dishonest things but that trait has no place here it Paul Davis. Take this review for what its worth since I work here but I love working here and the culture here is phenomenal. Thanks for giving me the opportunity and trusting me to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Gary did a great job for us in getting all the work done, and with high-quality. I really appreciated that. It did take some time to complete the job, and we did have a few challenges with finance and payments being requested before the work was done. However, I find it is really hard to find people that do great quality work, and they certainly did that very well!

We had a major flood on a Friday night in May. We contacted our insurance agent and Paul Davis was recommended. We contacted them and they arrived with mitigation equipment in less than an hour. Over the next few days their team removed, labeled and boxed all of our personal content. The content and mitigation crews did a good job. There was lots of content as we were in the middle of a remodel and there was much more on the floor than would normally be the case. They cleaned, refurbished and stored our items until structural restoration was completed. Restoration was a difficult process. It always is. Chad, our Restoration Manager, went above and beyond to make it less stressful. He handled all the insurance issues as they arose. He was the best part of our experience. There are a few items to wrap up, but we've made it to the end. Nobody wants to go through this, but if you do, let Chad and Paul Davis help you recover.

We had a flood , water damage to our house last year. We talked our homeowners insurance and they recommended us to Paul Davis. I took quite awhile from start to finish till the work was completed. I'm enjoying my new kitchen, bathrooms and utility room. Those were the rooms that were damaged.

Paul Davis Restoration was great to work with, our project manager Andrew Oman was very communicative, punctual and attentive to our situation. He understood the complications of living and working in a home under repair and he made every effort to make our lives easier during what could have been a much more stressful time. I would highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration for any home repair projects.
