Overall, I had a good experience with Paul Davis. The incident happened Aug 2022. It was a slow start to scheduling, but the crew I ended up working with quickly picked up the pace and provided high-quality work. I can’t thank David Quinones and Rich Williams enough. I appreciated that they both kept in touch with me frequently, explained the process to me clearly, and paid attention to every detail. I was devastated when water damaged both upstairs and downstairs of my home. Although work was not completed until January 2023, David and Rich constantly reassured me with their amazing work. It was such a pleasure to work with these guys!

I recently hired Paul Davis for mitigation and restoration due to water damage at my home. I'm very happy with their work and especially with Daniel who was the primary worker assigned to my claim, he was very polite, professional and personable and knew his job well. Also the same with Donovan, both workers were top notch.

Had an amazing experience using Paul Davis for a leak from my upstairs tub down into my kitchen. The communication and friendly service I received from James’ team was great. Zack and David were the main repair men who did the work and you can’t tell there was any damage at all.

I had a leak in my hot water heater closet. Paul Davis came out and did a great job to contain the water and start the drying process. Afterwards, James R., Zach M. and David Q. did an excellent job getting new flooring and baseboards installed. Highly recommend Paul Davis if you need mitigation or restoration work done in your home!

Mitigation team was great. Whoever manages updating you internally… less than great. After mitigation team finishes I called in to schedule the restoration and was told I would have to wait to be contacted by THAT department… Waited three days for them call me which felt long… Finally I call and they tell me they are at capacity and meant to let me know that they can’t finish the project.
