Paul Davis did a fantastic job of mold remediation and restoration of our half-bathroom, problem caused by an errantly installed fan. The Paul Davis staff readily diagnosed the problem and expertly and efficiently returned the bathroom to pristine condition. Beyond that, everyone at Paul Davis was wonderful to work with--kind, courteous, and capable. We highly recommend Paul Davis!

When our water situation (failed sump pump in a finished basement) happened on 12/15 Paul Davis restoration was extremely responsive and timely. They came quickly when we were in need and the work of the employees in our home was outstanding and professional. I highly recommend the mitigation side of their business However, once that phase of the work was complete, the communication and follow-up from the office was essentially non-existent. We were told to expect a call "in a few days" for the restoration work to be assessed and an estimate created. I called back on 12/28, 1/4, and 1/15 and each time was told how busy they were but that we were "on their list" and would be contacted soon. That never happened and eventually nearly six weeks after the cleanup took place we still had an unusable basement, and so we turned to other providers for flooring and other restoration services. Additionally, in my last call with them, I asked for a "ballpark cost" to help us determine if we would be turning a claim into insurance or paying out of pocket. I shared the amount of my homeowners insurance deductible and was told "it will be less than that." When we finally received a bill (more than two months later), the total was in fact several hundred dollars MORE than the deductible amount.

Thorough and professional experience from start to finish. Explanatory walkthrough with Ryan to determine what needed to be done and approximately how much it would cost. Brief reiteration of same with Austin before he and Zach performed clean up and mold removal on scheduled day. Results were outstanding, night and day difference to how basement looks. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing mold removal.

They were prompt. They were professional. They were efficient. They explained everything as they did it. The mitigation was done very quickly. One of the highest compliments I can give is that the employees are motivated and committed, rare traits these days. If you have a problem they will make it go away. VERY, VERY pleased with the results.
