Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling

I hired another flood restoration company for repair flood damage and they found water damage to hardwood floor. But The Hartford insurance sent Paul Davis restoration guy to check if my hardwood floor has water damage and Paul Davis contractor did not find any water damage to hardwood floor even when pointed with my finger to cracks and other signs of water damage but Jason just ignored it. Even if you do job for insurance company you still have to be professional and honest.

We had a major house fire last fall that damaged about 2/3 of our custom home. We have an architect in the family so our house is very unique. We were very concerned that someone could rebuild. We called Paul Davis the morning after the fire based on our agent's recommendation and Vern was there in less than an hour. They ended up taking care of everything from boarding up our house all the way through completely rebuilding it and moving us back in. Mike oversaw the project and was great to work with! The contractors that they used were great, all of them including carpenters, electricians, plumbers and HVAC. Our house actually turned out being better built than it was originally. Wonderful people to have working during water abatement, clean-up, and restoration/remodeling. Kind, competent, professional, and patient. I can't imagine anyone doing a finer job for me.

Every single person that I've been in contact with at Paul Davis Restoration, has been kind and helpful, especially, Vern Stuart(One of the owners). They are honest and caring people, which is hard to come by nowadays.

Paul Davis staff were friendly. They finished the job early allowing us to open earlier. They explained things to us in terms we coukd understand.
