Patrick Family Chem-Dry

We have been using the Patrick Family since they took over for the Perugini Family for Chem-Dry, whom we used to use in our area. We love supporting and working with family-owned businesses and when I tell you that felling hasn't skipped a beat since transition, it's the truth. Customer service was prompt and accommodating as i dealt with one of the owners direct, thanks Teresa, and Robert was a gentleman and respectful of the home when there doing the cleaning. They did a fantastic job on our large sectional and carpet and everything looks and smells great, ready for our kids and pets to go back in there and mess it all up although it looks so good i have keep it gated off for a couple days to enjoy it. The dog isnt happy. I also used them to do a large carpet cleaning project at our office building which as expected came out great. I appreciate their services, enjoyed working with them and will continue to use them in the future.

Highly recommend this company! I was thinking about getting new carpet but then I thought I would give cleaning a try. What a transformation! I thought it was not only new carpet but a new color!! Excellent service, very knowledgeable of carpet cleaning procedures and methods, and the professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Robert Scarveles was the Master Technician that provided the carpet cleaning service in my home from Patrick Family ChemDry and rather than just letting me pay for services I didnt need, he provided guidance to a more customized service which inturn did provide the best outcome for less cost. My Carpets are 6 years old and I have 3 dogs; a pug, a Pit Bull, and an English Mastiff. They are big mess makers, not a lot of, "accidents" on the carpet but they love to play in the mud and be outside and inturn made the carpet just dirty and obviously smell like dogs. Robert worked hard and did the job without complaint and I loved his personality and enthusiasm. The final outcome could not have been better, its literally like I had brand new carpet. I will absolutely use Patrick Family ChemDry for all of my carpet cleaning needs in the future, and I will for sure will request Robert for the task/s.

Patrick Family Chem-Dry did an excellent job cleaning my rug. They got the job done quickly, and it looked much better when I picked it up. Dave did a great job! The customer service was excellent and they were very responsive and helped me get my rug, which was a gift from my grandmother, back in much better condition. They were very kind people which made me feel well taken care of.
