Paradise Valley Ace Hardware

I used to hate Ace Hardware. But I've grown to love Ace Hardware. I purchased a battery powered soldering iron and it's garbage. Watch the reviews. I tried to take it into one Ace hardware and it's not in there inventory so they said I could return it at this Ace Hardware. I wasn't cleanest looking but when I tried to return it and told her I don't have a receipt but I'm a rewards member. She then asked if I purchased it at this location I said no and don't remember which. She said I can check I gave her my number and she pretended she couldn't find my name under my number then said you didn't purchase it here so we can't except it. Read the return policy no where does it say that. So if you have a return make sure your not leaving a job go home take a shower and dress nicely or they will treat you like a Vagrant.

This store is amazing! There are so many wonderful things for the holidays and for every day needs. I went in today for some items for a special project and Michele (with 1 L, the same as me) went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed and she was so friendly and nice. I will be going back to this store from now on.

CLINT at Ace hardware is a champion. He is very knowledgeable person in hardware section of the store. He helped me in finding the rights solution for my hardware problem. He is simply great and helps everyone extra ordinarily. I am highly impressed that way he handles to the problems. He is an great assess for Ace Hardware. Big KUDOS to CLINT!!!

I love this place but be aware that there is no restroom here. Also It would be helpful if they had an employee who would be available for assistance while you are looking for a specific item We had to search around to find timers for our Holiday lights. Otherwise this would be a 5 star location.

I was very disappointed today when I went into this gigantic huge beautiful Ace Hardware. There’s so much stuff to look at here and you can spend a lot of time in there, but if you have to go to the bathroom well you’re gonna have to go to the Circle K in the parking lot across the street! his sign says he’s the most helpful, but I’m gonna question that now. Sorry Artie that size of a store should not be afraid of having bathrooms open to the public and Scottsdale.
