Nightmare The treatment of my illness by Dr. Henningsen developed into a real nightmare. The stately bills that Dr. Henningsen issued, led to queries from my health insurance company. Dr. Henningsen only answered part of the questions and only very briefly. His reason: the request was unreasonably extensive and labor-intensive. Of course, the insurance company didn't agree with that. With invoices of several thousand euros, this is somehow understandable. I asked Dr. Henningsen to adequately answer the health insurance company's request. He declined in rather rude terms. Very rude, as was one of his employees. I showed the correspondence to other doctors in my circle of acquaintances, and they just shook their heads. I have a colleague of Dr. Henningsen asked to mediate, she tried - without success. Conclusion: the correspondence with the health insurance company lasted more than a year, they have now, as a gesture of goodwill, agreed to reimburse me the invoices from Dr. Henningsen. This whole story was an absolute nightmare for me. After all, it was about 6,000 euros. It is a pity that a single doctor in this clinic (albeit one of the responsible ) has such a negative impact on the overall impression. Because I have had positive experiences with other doctors and their employees in this clinic. But at least with this doctor, my personal experience is : never never again.

Whilst traveling, stopped in Palma with an emergency of multiple Kidney stones, tried a private hospital which caused issues, then found Dr Kamp and his team, which saved me, treated me and allowed me to return home healthy - amazing support, expertise and kindness - thank you
