We visited the store this past week in hopes to finding our daughter some soccer cleats. It was about 40 minutes until closing but Donavan had no problem helping us every step of the way. He had to go back and get us different sizes and styles about 3 times and never acted like we were a bother. He was happy to help and made us feel welcome. Thank you Donavan for a great shopping experience. Even our daughter complemented on how nice and helpful he was.

You can find some pretty decent deals, and all employees are super helpful and friendly!

Tried to return an obviously unopened pack of socks that my daughter rejected due to color. Had to wait for a manager to come the register because the cashier was unable to articulate that they don’t accept returns on socks. I looked at my one week old receipt, asked the manager where they told customers this. She said it was store policy but they didn’t actually publicize it anywhere. I’m guessing they get less returns and more sales that way.

Store had great sale! Spent over $200 but never greated ONCE by either associate. No customer service AT ALL. None. Not even a hello. Went next door to the Lacoste store and was greated immediately. Totally different vibe.

Jonah was very helpful on my exchange. They did not have the same shoe, but he was very helpful on finding what I wanted. Will definitely be back.
