Okay let’s see where to start. If I could rate 0 stars I would. HIGHLY do not recommend, as a business owner myself I love to support and give other business a shot however this has been thee WORSE experience ever. Never was greeted at the desk, no friendliness any where. It was more like, what do you want to purchase? Smh (I should’ve walked out then, but it’s my son’s birthday weekend) this place is a figure it out on your own place. No customer service asking for assistance. I do NOT recommend getting wristbands at ALL, because you only get 2 hours of play time. I purchased the XTREME WRISTBAND which includes everything but race cars. Party safari had to be short staffed because no workers could be found at the inflatable, rock wall or bumper cars. I had to literally find workers to ask if someone could start each area for my son. Be mindful it’s a 2 hour play time wristband. Let’s not get started with laser tag. After speaking with a worker after purchasing laser tag starts every 40 mins to a hour so it’s not really all you can play within a 2 hour time frame. I’m currently sitting in this place typing this, and will never give this place another $1. I wish I could record this mess, if you want to chance it, good luck. These pictures are exactly the experienced no workers found, you will spend most of your time looking for employees.

Always the best customer service, fun, and food. Every birthday party we have held here has been amazing! I can't wait for the new bowling alley addition. We are so fortunate to have such a great place for our kids!

We only went here because where my son wanted to go was closed but given the location and what it offers I thought it would be great. I WAS WRONG!! Purchasing tickets was a big confusion and all he did was try to get us to spend more. Granted all places will do that but he was not listening so he thought he was helping. We walk upstairs to go to the disgusting trampoline park and the smell of feet hits your nose like a wrecking ball! All tables were dirty and I had to ask the workers to clean them as they did not attend to the jumpers at all. Every I mean EVERY area is unsanitary. Used socks open candy bars dust and dirt everywhere!!! And I take it they don't own a vacuum!! All the trampoline obstacles were brown and just nasty!!! On the weekends i understand but it's a Wednesday this place should be clean!!! I would give a 0 star but it won't let me!!!

Nice fun and entertaining for kids. Always busy. Lots to do to kids and some things adults enjoy as well. Great family environment, kids never ready to leave.

The parking lot was packed, but there was plenty of room inside for everyone! The new go-kart racing was so much fun. Great mom and daughter afternoon. We will be back soon with our boys.
