Excellent sales service that Jerónimo gave us, but if they take their unit for service, they should NOT wash it, you don't know, they left mine scratched since they rubbed dirt on the flannels and they offered to give it a "polish" but I told them yes. They don't know how to wash, let alone polish. Be careful, they deliver it to you in the shade and you look at those details when you are in the sun.

It is a comfortable agency, with free WiFi, snacks, Uber to return while they have your car, clean bathrooms. The attention of the sales staff is not very professional, they have many flaws and they try to minimize everything by apologizing, but in general it is acceptable. Maintenance and appointment advisors are more efficient.

The wait for delivery of some units is long, but that's how the brand is. The advisor: the attention was good. Agency: in others they have soft drinks or coffee, there only water.
