Outstanding customer service! Excellent variety of shoes and sizes, especially for wide feet. I had questions and used their chat feature, and it was a live person! Not a frustrating automated chat. I found exactly what I was looking for (NB doesn't carry them anymore) and their checkout process was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

So many style options!! I needed waterproof running/hiking shoes for an upcoming trip and they have it all! The lady who helped me (I hate I didn’t ask her name 🫠) is knowledgeable of their inventory and so patient. The prices were comparable to Dick’s.

Went in to get a new pair of work boots. Austin helped me find the right size of Solovairs and offered other options as well for my particular job. Will be back in the future for any other shoe purchases and will definitely request for Austin.
