Hello, everyone am Wes, the sales associate with all the fantastic Google reviews. I am sorry to say I no longer work for the Orleans Shoe Co. I decided to completely change my life around. I stopped using and started N/A. Any that knows someone making that decision, is the hardest decision a person can make in their lifetime. We often have mood swings, very emotional, and sensitive!!! The Managers over all the stores and owners are completely showing any lack of compassion, and understanding. Nor do they care!!! If I ever helped you with a shoe, please for my sake do not shop at this establishment. Because you know who the real Wes is!!! Order your shoes directly from the manufacturer, and mostly save a few bucks. I had a love for this company until they showed me exactly what they stand for all Mighty Dollar. I never was a person who wasn’t polite & respectful to each of you. Shame on you Orleans Shoe Co.

Visited the store in the French Quarter today. We frequent that one pretty regularly and have always had great service. Today we met Austin who was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and did and assessment on us. We left with great feeling shoes. I returned later with my son who has disabilities because I have had trouble finding shoes for him. I cannot say enough about how awesome Austin was with me and my son. His compassion and comfort level was touching. He is one special guy. Unfortunately we were not able to fit my son. Wish there were more options for wide feet. Austin tried everything. Thanks Austin, it was a pleasure meeting you. You made our day. I hope you know you are an exceptional man.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales-people. I don't have a lot of time to shop so I appreciate that I can come in, get exactly what I need, and be on my way. Easier and frankly faster than Amazon, and feels better too because you're supporting local business. Jared is the best! You don't even need a car. They are directly on the greenway and street car line. No reason no to shop there if you're buying the brands they carry.

Stopped into this store while walking in the French Quarter 7/15/23. We had a sandal blow out and needed a new pair of walking shoes. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by all three employees (Wes, Chris & Eric) and then given space and time to peruse. I was not in the market for shoes, but my girlfriend and I both walked out with a pair. Chris and Wes both took care of us. They were super patient as well as very knowledgeable on their products. I ran into Wes the next day in the Quarter and they remembered me and asked how my feet were feeling! We ended up getting a pair of Hokas and a pair of Keens. Lovely store. Great products. Comparable prices. Amazing staff. Would recommend 10/10.

Came looking for winter wool slippers and Amber and Orleans Shoe did not disappoint! Amber found me a comfy perfect-fitting pair on the first try. Love the selection and service here! I will be back!
