It is nearly impossible to get through on the phone. I try every day to make an appointment and no one answers. After a half hour I give up. Terrible.

If you need help, each worker in this place is kind, friendly, they explain everything to you, they take care of your time and your needs, they are very professional and human. very highly recommended.
