Omaha Glass Pro

I've used Glass Pro for years on many different vehicles. I have had them replace windshields, tint windows and repair rock chips. They are always curtious, honest and give a fair price. Making an appointment is easy over the phone with their receptionist, and never too long of a wait. Sometimes they've gotten me in the same day! They also provided a ride to a nearby restaurant for us to enjoy lunch while we waited on our vehicle, at no additional charge. Going above for the customer really shows that their company cares. I will definitely return to have all my glass needs met by them in the future!

Setting up the appointment for windshield replacement was easy and pricing was fair compared to other places I got quotes from. I just had surgery so couldn’t make it to their shop. A tech (Dan) came to the house on time (he called ahead of time), he was courteous and professional. He just put on headphones and did his thing. Took less than a half hour. I would definitely recommend!

LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER! We've had four or five vehicles tinted by them, from SUV's to sports cars, as well as two remote start systems. The actual work they do is great, but they charge whatever they feel like that day, and their customer service/interaction is spotty at best (as noted in other reviews). Called to get a quote on two side windows on a convertible and they wanted $400!!!! I had a car done by them a couple of years ago that had two side windows, two small back seat windows and a curved back window and they charged $186 for that entire job, with over twice the windows of the convertible. When I mentioned the price increase on the phone, and that I was a repeat customer, they couldn't care less. They just said to call when I wanted to book an appointment. We have no plans to stop collecting cars, so someone else will be getting our money from here on out. Beware of their "fluid" pricing based on how much they think they can get out of you, and do some shopping around. Booked the vehicle in question at another shop for $125 plus tax, with the same lifetime warranty on the tint. Addendum: Their response sums up their business philosophy better than I could; "If you don't want to be ripped off, you have to ASK not to be ripped off". I should have listened to my gut after I watched two employees argue over what they should charge me for the last remote starter you installed. Thanks for the response proving all the bad customer service reviews. Gave us a good chuckle.

I had a remote start installed in 2018 and it quit working recently. I went in to see if they could fix it. I was totally expecting to buy a new remote start simply due to the age of it. They not only fixed my remote start but they also didn't charge me for it. Customer service is well above par at Omaha glass pro.

Great place to have a windshield installed! Robert was efficient and prompt in emailing us us over the weekend with a quote and got us in on Monday. Only took an hour If that and price was as stated. Very reasonable. Would definitely go there again.
