These guys always do a great job. I think I’m on my fourth or fifth Chip they fixed on the same windshield. They usually get the work done within 15 minutes.

I have used this business for 3 different vehicles and felt comfortable in them being a small business that they would honor the work they completed. The last vehicle had a rear window installed in may. Last night I took my truck to a self car wash and the window they replaced shattered. I called to give them a chance to make it right and they didn’t have much interest in that. I hate writing negative reviews as I support small businesses but compassion and integrity go along way. Multiple local competitors beat their price by a couple hundred dollars on a $500 window. Integrity is everything and their lack of forced me to shop other companies.

I called around all weekend due to my back window on my convertible broke and the only person that responded was Jeremy, He did not have my window but I found it and he agreed to help replace it. I am so happy that Omaha Glass company reached out to me like they did, I tried calling every company on July 1st, at least 9 different Omaha companies including 4 emails and calls to Safelite but No one has reached me back except Jeremy from Omaha Glass Company. Thank you Jeremy and I will be seeing you soon!

So disappointed! I made an appointment to get a chip fixed and was willing to pay the service fee to have them come to me. My appointment was an AM appointment and by 1:00 no one showed or called so I called them and they said they would send someone ASAP, another 2 hours later with no call or show I cancelled my appointment altogether. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service but plenty of excuses.

My car was broken into and I called them and they were the greatest help! They got my car in and done within 3 hours. Going through stuff like that is never fun, but they made it so easy and stress free. If I ever need glass work done again I will not hesitate to come here
