Madison was very easy to work with. Casey did a great job installing and giving instructions on remote control to open blinds. Blinds arrived in a timely manor. Would highly recommend this company.

They made the process as painless as possible. The consultant comes to your house with a bunch of styles and samples, and most importantly knowledge, so you can make selections based on your own lighting. They kept us informed throughout the order and installation scheduling process. And the installer was friendly, courteous, clean and quick. Great people to work with.

Madison and Steve were just absolutely amazing. The product is also fantastic and the instalation was very quick and the technician that installed it was incredibly nice, and cleaned up everything once completed. I absolutely love my blinds and highly recommend Omaha Blinds and Shutters / Bumblebee Blinds.

When the time came to purchase blinds for our home, we did what almost everyone would do, a Google search to see what's out there, read some reviews and take it from there. Omaha Blinds & Shutters was one of the companies that came up with a bunch of positive Google reviews. I read through the reviews and then went to the Omaha Blinds and Shutters website to read a little bit more about the company. I liked the backstory of how Omaha Blinds and Shutters came to be a family company and with all of the positive reviews, decided to have them come to do a quote. Stephen came by the house for the quote and he was courteous, efficient and passionate about making sure his measurements were accurate but also in ensuring a great customer experience. Stephen listened to what we were hoping to achieve in look, style and price (blinds can be expensive). After having a few more quotes done by a few other vendors, the choice was clear, we were going with Stephen and Omaha Blinds & Shutters. Stephen was in constant contact with us throughout the ordering process and addressed any concerns we had. Once the blinds arrived, the install was quick and they looked excellent. We did end up having an issue with one of the binds and Stephen replaced it in no time, at no cost with no questions asked. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service that Stephen and Omaha Blinds & Shutters gave us along with some fantastic looking blinds! If you are in the market for some new blinds, you owe it to yourself to have Omaha Blinds & Shutters come out.
