They were very thorough throughout everything. They explained everything to me in great detail about everything that I’ll be taking and that it does for me. They helped me get set up on my testosterone. Haven’t been this happy in a long time

I went to the Oklahoma Men's Clinic in August of 2023 and was diagnosed with low T. After meeting with a PA briefly, I was introduced to Jen the finance person in the office .... More appropriate title would be high pressure sales to sell you packages. I bought a package for 1100 that was for 4 months of treatment. I specifically asked Jen what if it isn't right for me and her response was any unused treatments would be refunded. After my 6th shot I was feeling increasingly worse and quit taking the treatments based on my Doctor's orders. I called Oklahoma Men's Clinic and told them I wanted a refund and was informed I had to meet with the PA to get a refund, which I did. Then they sent in Jen the sales lady and she was trying to get me to move my refund to a different product and I said no thanks. Jen then told me she had to send this to the corporate office for approval and this was mid-october and nothing from them. I call back in December twice only to be told its still processing and they would call me back ..... but nothing. Here it is January and I call them and they now inform me I'm not eligible for a refund at all and that their policy has always been that , yet they told me multiple times that it was. This company is dishonest and deceiving and as soon as they get your money they are done and only draw syringes testosterone billed with a 500% upcharge . Stay away from this one size fits all company that gives everyone the same dosage regardless of shape, size or lab work.

I was so Placebo pellets for a year charged a large amount of money for them. My agreement that was that they were going to give me shots for a year to compensate me for free. 3/4 of the way through it they reneged on their deal I went to another clinic and got shots from CVS and finally felt good again. These people should be shut down they need to be inspected they are selling homemade bunk products to people. I should be filing a lawsuit when I get time I just might do it.

Been coming to OKC men clinic for almost a year now. Everyone has been nice and courteous to me from the ones that are not here when I started coming to the new ladies that have been helping me now. Thank you ladies keep up the awesome work..... Haley, Sheree and Jessica 😁

They always have issues with keeping track of payment and they don't care if the over charge you. On top of that it takes minimum an hour per casual visit, even if you take your medication Togo it takes 40 minutes sitting waiting for them to take payment witch may or may not be accurate then you wait another 40 minutes for them to draw up the product
