Immediate responses….. whenever I go to my insurance office, Miss Adriana very kindly resolves any information quickly without doubt… If you need a policy, do not doubt that you are in the hands of professionals. She has been my agent for at least 15 years… I recommend her 100%.

Stop by the office to have information on products other than the one you had contracted. The customer service was terrible, it made me understand in a very unpleasant way that since I had contracted my Sanitas product online it could not do anything for me. If not, unsubscribe... so that I can sign a new contract with your office. It is totally disassociated from the work of Sanitas that is done by the platform. Denigrating the work provided by teleworkers and being so determined to dissociate oneself from their work seems to me a lack of professionalism and even more so when it is accompanied by a condescending attitude.
