I do not recommend joining. It is rare that they provide good care in their own centers. And sometimes you meet good professionals in private hospitals and clinics that serve members (Sanitas members). At the Customer Service Center in Barcelona, Av Diagonal, they treated me GREATLY, because the employee spent 10 minutes lying to me. The only Sanitas promoter and employee who always took good care of me was the one from Donostia. (Customer Service Office). Your App on my cell phone never worked for me. When you talk on the phone to complain, they tell you that.... the conversation can be recorded... I wish this were true, because I have spoken to make complaints and... What a surprise, no employee who answers the telephone exchange, has a record of my complaints. They bother to send you a survey, after an appointment. Why do they go to that trouble, if the Sanitas staff never reads the satisfaction responses. Why did I join? Being a foreigner, they do not treat me in public hospitals (it is understandable that this is the case, I am not Spanish, and Spaniards do not have to be paying for my health care with their taxes). A few months ago, a Dr. from a Sanitas Center gave me a wrong prescription. And about a medication that I had to take that day and didn't have. I have to take it every day because I have myoclonus. Today in Donostia I went to the Oncology Center and had an appointment at 6:00 p.m. with a Dr. A patient came by, then another and it was 7:30 p.m. In the waiting room and having seizures, I got tired of waiting and left. Plan B: I went to the Poliklinika Guipúzcoa, directly to the emergency room. The employee tells me: I need proof that you are being prescribed rivotril. And since I had all the studies that they have been doing on me, inside my backpack, I took out one where it said that I was taking rivotril, with the seal of Dr. Fernández Torrón, from the Quiron Hospital. But there was a "Dr" who was next to the emergency room employee and told me: I need your medical history. BOYFRIEND?? THE PAPER that I gave to the employee who was next to her and who had just shown it to her? He didn't realize that now I no longer have medication. I have myoclonus (involuntary movements of the head and arms). Which doesn't let me sleep. In a few days I take a plane and I hope that due to the INEPTITUDE of all of you, the plane does not make an emergency landing.
