Impressive I went in July to change the policy for a cheaper one (they confirmed that I could keep the seniority) and I signed some documents according to the change. Indeed and as I expected and without any prior notification, I am charged the same again this September. SHAMEFUL. Enough of ripping people off.

It's been 3 weeks since they told us they would review our case and no one has been able to contact us!!!!! My wife and I have been at Sanitas for many years and with the problem of the pandemic and being self-employed, we owe two receipts. I have called to find a solution and they do not give me any, so I have found another company that offers me the same thing at a much lower price. But they won't let me process the withdrawal if I don't pay the pending receipts and if I don't pay them, they will continue to accumulate month by month even if I have signed for another company. In times of crisis a little help and understanding gentlemen!!!!!!
